Todays activity was inspired by all the beautiful colors in the story. I dyed some pasta and set up a sensory bin for him. He loved playing with all the colorful pasta but he didn't care for the story discs I put in there. He ignored them completely and didn't bother to touch them :).
He was getting frustrated with the small cups so I gave him a large container to transfer all the pasta.
I also added a little bit of glitter to the pasta during the dying process. This was a fun activity and while worth the time it took me to dye the pasta.
